Founded in 2020, REAL emerged as the first and only organization created to change the status quo of Latinx representation in commercial real estate (CRE).

Our mission is to increase the visibility, advancement, and equity of Latinx Professionals in commercial real estate by creating a multifaceted network across the industry sectors.
