Fernando Perez has oversight for operations at the firm’s workforce housing portfolio across the United States. He also supports in sourcing, underwriting and closing acquisitions for the firm’s various investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Langdon Park Capital, Perez was responsible for acquisitions at Sunstone Properties Trust, a multifamily fund manager and operator. Perez has also worked for Bridge Investment Group, where he worked on acquisitions, asset management and dispositions in the Southeast region of the United States. Perez began his career in real estate finance in the Credit Research group at Goldman Sachs covering REITs across multiple asset classes. Perez’s previous asset management roles included responsibility for an aggregate portfolio of 5,000 units, and he has underwritten and closed over $1 billion of multifamily real estate transactions over the course of his career.

Perez earned a Bachelor of Science in economics and a minor in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
