David De La Rosa is Managing Director at Brava. an investment and advisory firm. Prior to forming Brava, David was previously a Senior Vice President at Green Street, a leading real estate research and advisory firm. At Green Street, he advised private real estate operating companies, publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), hedge funds, private equity funds, and the largest global institutional investors. During his tenure, he was involved in transactions across various sectors including apartment, industrial, retail, office, data centers, utilities, cell towers, fiber, among other niche sectors.

David received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he received the Robert A. Toigo Foundation FFellowship, DavidC. Lizárraga Fellowship, and Pension Real Estate Association Scholarship. He also completed the International Business Exchange Program at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude.

He is a Board Member of Terrafina (MX: TERRA13), an owner-operator of a $2.5B industrial portfolio in Mexico. He is also a Board Member for the Chef Ann Foundation.
