Our mission is to provide mentoring opportunities for high school students from underrepresented backgrounds to prepare for influential careers in real estate through exposure to diverse industry professionals and practices. Participating students are from schools in the Los Angeles area.
What is Project AIRE?
In a partnership with Onward Scholars’ Project AIRE (Aspirations in Real Estate), REAL will provide opportunities to learn about the different aspects of real estate:
Development/Construction
Business Development & Marketing
Brokerage
Asset and Portfolio Management
Debt (lending) / Equity (sale of shares)
Professional Services (architecture, attorneys, escrow & title, etc.)
Through experiences such as:
Field trips to shadow real estate professionals at their worksites
Visits to college campuses that offer real estate programs
Networking/internship opportunities in partnership with Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals (REAL)

Meet virtually and in-person an average of twice a month to discuss student-generated topics based on professional interests.
