Nancy is a real estate professional with over five years of experience in the multifamily and hospitality sectors. As VP of Asset Management at Citi, she oversees the performance of an active portfolio of multifamily loans, ensuring optimal asset performance.

Her experience spans sourcing and acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. At the onset of her career, she supported acquisition and pre-development initiatives for hospitality and market-rate projects at a family office in Florida. Nancy then joined Housing Authority of Cook County as Development Director, expanding the agency's portfolio, and later Langdon Park Capital’s acquisition team, where she sourced, underwrote, and conducted due diligence for workforce housing assets. While at Langdon, Nancy also supported asset management and investor relations.

Nancy has her MBA from Cornell University and a BA from UC Berkeley. She also holds professional certificates in Systems Engineering and Project Management from CalTech. Prior to real estate, she has a decade of experience in aerospace project management with stints at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.
