Ari Paz is a Project Manager at Vamos where she supports Hispanic businesses with operations, permits, and securing construction financing or working capital. Along with spearheading wet infrastructure improvements for land development, including Public-Private Contracts. After starting in commercial real estate, helping Hispanics lease or acquire space for their business, and later working with a retail developer in Project Management and General Contracting, she founded Vamos to support contractors with their projects. She often collaborates with non-profits, CDFI's and Chambers of Commerce to lead workshops and create inclusive multi-cultural spaces.

Ari joined REAL to support the need of bilingual CRE professionals who can help Hispanic businesses thrive.
