Luis Contreras is a Senior Production Analyst with Freddie Mac. He reviews multifamily
loan opportunities for the Production & Sales department. His passion for real estate
stems from its practicality and tangible impact. Luis began his career in Real Estate
Management in 2019 and has since broadened his professional experience by also working
in wealth management.

He graduated from the University of Georgia in December 2019 with degrees in Housing
Management & Policy and Public Relations. He holds a Commercial Real Estate
Certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and is certified as a Microsoft
Office Specialist in Excel.

Outside of real estate, Luis enjoys studying personal finance and takes pride in helping
friends and family become financially literate and independent. He’s also an avid gamer
and enjoys playing tennis and soccer in his free time.
