Our mission is to increase visibility, advancement, and equity for Latinx Professionals in commercial real estate by creating a multifaceted network, representative of all professional levels, across industry sectors.
As of 2013, Latinx professionals made up ±15.7% of the professional CRE workforce but only 2.9% of the executive and decision-making roles.
